Structured Student Journey Pipeline
We designed a custom Lead-to-Deal pipeline in Zoho CRM to track every stage of the student journey—from initial inquiry to successful admission. Automated tasks and reminders ensured timely follow-ups and better engagement.
CRM–Books Integration
We integrated Zoho CRM with Zoho Books, enabling automatic invoice generation and payment tracking. This created a single, connected system for both sales and finance teams.
Automated Follow-ups & Notifications
Workflow automation was implemented to trigger email alerts, reminders, and task assignments, reducing manual work and ensuring no student inquiry was missed.
Real-Time Reporting & Dashboards
