Decentralized Enquiry Tracking

Enquiries were captured manually without a structured system, leading to inconsistencies and duplication.

Complex AIS Data Handling

Managing AIS Sheets with detailed machine configurations was time-consuming and prone to errors.

All users could view all records; there was no segregation of data by user or market.

Technical details captured in Creator were not seamlessly reflected in CRM.

Enquiry Module in Creator

Built an Enquiry Form with lookup fields to Account and Contact. Configured auto-push of enquiries into Zoho CRM with linked Account & Contact.

AIS Sheet Master & AIS Sheet

Designed an AIS Sheet Master to store machine codes and their technical configurations. On selecting a machine code in the AIS Sheet, all related subform details (machine group, product code, product name, quantity, etc.) auto-populate. Each AIS Sheet is auto-assigned a unique AIS Sheet Number for tracking.

AIS Sheet Set with Auto-Mapping

Developed AIS Sheet Set where users enter AIS Sheet Numbers. System auto-fetches Machine Code & Quantity from AIS Sheet and populates subform. AIS Sheet Set records are linked back to the Enquiry for traceability.

Portal Implementation

Set up a Creator Portal so external users can log in and create Enquiries & AIS Sheets.

Role-based Access

Each portal user only sees the records they created (ensuring data privacy). Added a Market field (ASEAN, India, Group Company) that is auto-filled based on the user’s. This ensures correct market tagging without manual selection.
